BEER: Ordering, Selling, Picking, Drinking, and Industry Secrets
This ep is a dining room table discussion about beer, and although this info is boring to Chrissy and Ryan who are alone on this ep, some may say it's fascinating. We go into depth about Ryan's only job at Mountain Goat (this is mostly a joke- he does a lot); ordering the beer and designing the beer menu. We discuss getting a liquor license, using distributors, and also share some stories of why you should not trust Ryan's beer selections. This is interesting for anyone to know who wants to start a bar, or wants to know how it works.
NOTE: Ryan was wrong, officially a pony keg is a 1/4 (7.75 gallons). The term pony refers to its smaller size – compare pony glass (quarter-pint) and pony bottle
